The automatic welding equipment used in producing coil nails is a unique type of machine. It utilizes two copper coated wires to weld nails at an angle of 15° to 16°. Once welded, the nails are then coiled to a predetermined length, at which point they are cut off to form a coil with a flat or cone-shaped top. This machine can handle a variety of raw materials, including normal wire, new metal wire, waste rebar, scrap steel bar, hard-drawn wire, waste electrodes, and other types of steel waste.
