SSS Fully Automatic Nail Thread Rolling Machine

    Our high speed thread rolling machine is designed with numerous special molds that are capable of producing a wide range of special-shaped nails, including but not limited to anti-loose screw shank nails, ring shank nails, and various newly designed nails. The machine is equipped with two thread rolling dies that have staggered teeth and are arranged in a relative 1/2 pitch. The static die remains fixed while the moving die reciprocates linearly in parallel to the static die. As the nail is passed through the two dies, it undergoes deformation by pressing and rubbing to create threaded surface.

    Our high-speed thread rolling machine is a highly efficient tool used for processing threads. It comes with a variety of specially designed molds and can produce a wide range of nails, including anti-loose screw shank nails, ring shank nails, and other new styles. The machine uses unit feeding, section plate slide, timing feeder, as well as dynamic, static, and touch combination techniques.
