Our fast thread rolling machine is equipped with a plethora of molds that can generate a diverse assortment of unique nail shapes, such as anti-loose screw shank nails, ring shank nails, and other latest nail creations. The machine encompasses two thread rolling dies placed in a staggered tooth shape, in a relative 1/2 pitch. One die remains stationary while the other moves back and forth parallelly. When the nail is fed through the two dies, it is subjected to pressure and friction, ultimately resulting in a threaded surface.
